SOME SECRETS THAT AGENCIES DON’T TELL YOU
Some agencies don’t actually do the required number of inspections per year. That’s right, they charge you each week an ongoing commission fee for their services, but they are not doing the agreed and legally required inspections as they are being miss-manged. That means maintenance and other issues go missed.
And other agencies are so inept, they outsource their inspections to UNLICENSED individuals to do their inspections. With a licensed agent they are at least police checked every time they renew their license. Unlicensed agents means you could have anyone entering your investment property and this could void your insurance.
